If you are unable to take the exam due to unforeseen circumstances, you may be eligible for a refund, provided that you request it within 3 days of your original exam date. Please note that any processing fees or administrative charges may be non-refundable.
- Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues that prevent you from accessing or completing your exam, and the issue is confirmed to be on our end, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund. Please contact our support team immediately if you encounter any such issues.
- Duplicate Payments: If a duplicate payment is made due to an error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge upon verification of the error.
- Change of Mind: Due to the nature of digital certification exams, refunds are not typically issued for changes of mind or incorrect selection of exams. We encourage you to review all details carefully before making a purchase.
Non-Refundable Items
- Digital Products: Any digital products, such as downloadable materials or e-certificates, are non-refundable once they have been accessed or downloaded.
- Promotional Offers: Purchases made during promotional periods or using discount codes may be subject to additional terms and conditions, including restrictions on refunds. Please review the terms of the promotion before making a purchase.
Refund Process
